Expect to walk away with a deeper understanding of the critical role culture plays in driving business success, what the culture in your organisation looks like and what the desired culture would look like. Expect to be able to raise awareness on the steps to be taken to build organisational culture along with acceptance that this will require long-term action plans and efforts of all leaders and people in the organisation. Expect some short-term actions to be taken immediately, but understand these will need to fit into a longer-term holistic approach.
